Questions
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can send an email and open a Google Doc, you can do this. We go one step at a time and nobody moves on until most people have a green check in the chat.
Which tools do we use, and do they cost anything?
Claude and Gemini Notebook, plus your email, calendar and Google Drive. You'll need Claude Pro, the $20 a month plan, or higher.
I use Outlook. Can I still come?
Yes, if it's a work Microsoft 365 account. Personal Outlook.com, Hotmail and Live addresses won't connect, and if a company manages your account, its IT admin may need to approve it. Come anyway: you'll build the Client Follow-Up agent, which works with any email because you paste your notes in yourself.
Is it safe to connect my email?
Your agent drafts and never sends. You stay in charge of everything that goes out in your name. We also cover the three things an agent should never get: your money, your signature and your passwords.
What if I can't make it live?
You'll get the full recording and the playbooks, so you can build along at your own pace. Live is better, though. That's where you get help when you're stuck.
Do I need a laptop?
Yes, a laptop or desktop, Mac or PC. You'll have two windows open, and a phone screen makes that hard.
What if I don't leave with a working agent?
If you don't walk away with at least one AI agent working for you, then I'll meet with you one-on-one for 30 minutes at no cost to make sure you do have an agent that works for you.
